With comprehensive experience in management and operations, Richard Gorka delivers excellent results in developing and executing business plans that support daily and long-term objectives. He was a long-time employee of the United States Postal Service and served in the United States Army, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel. During his military service, Richard Gorka completed critical evaluations of supply, manpower, and materiel for American peacekeeping operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina. In addition, Richard Gorka edited and handled rewrites of the Army’s summary paper outlining the results of a six-month review of military progress toward the enactment of the terms of the Dayton Peace Accords. The project identified advances made by the multinational peacekeeping division that supported the framework for the government in the aftermath of the Bosnian War. Prior to undertaking his military duties, he successfully pursued opportunities as a business owner, stockbroker, and insurance claims adjuster. In his spare time, Richard Gorka enjoys downhill skiing, real estate investing, golf, and sports.
